Leadership Training Programme (Half-Day or Full-Day)

S.W.S. offers half-day or full-day team-building and leadership training programmes for companies, social service organisations, youth groups, and schools. To date, we have served over 500 groups and companies.
Through intense and exciting CQB on-site training, we help participants gain self-awareness and develop and discover their inner leadership qualities. With group training, we guide participants to demonstrate leadership when handling unexpected situations by applying communication skills, teamwork, and organisational ability, and to put the spirit of teamwork into practice.
We also provide on-campus services, offering leadership training for school groups starting from 2 hours (using gel blasters Jelly Gun or foam dart Nerf Gun rounds).

Three Key Features:

• Highly accommodating to organisers: Whether it is an annual corporate event or a small group activity, and whether special arrangements are needed for the venue, transportation, or lunch, we will accommodate the organiser as much as possible.
• Suitable for all ages: We provide different training content for different age groups—whether young or senior, new or existing staff, or participants with special needs—so everyone can gain a unique experience.
• Custom-designed games: We can design targeted games based on the organisation’s objectives and the team’s current situation and challenges.

Leadership Training Programme (Half-Day)

Objective: Instructors will provide different training scenarios and guide participants to allocate tasks, arrange positions, manage time, and complete missions through communication skills, teamwork, and organisational ability. Participants will demonstrate leadership when handling unexpected incidents and put the spirit of teamwork into practice. At the end of the training, instructors will deliver a debrief to highlight the importance of teamwork.

Target: Companies, social service organisations, youth groups, and schools (ages 5 and above)

Participants: 15–150 (private venue booking available for groups of 60 or more)

Time: 09:30–14:00 / 14:30–19:00 (4.5 hours)

*Our company has purchased public liability insurance and personal accident insurance for the venue. This building and venue are one unit per floor; there are no subdivided units or mini storage spaces. It has also passed the annual fire safety inspection with supporting documentation. Should your organisation require insurance for an individual event, we can also arrange the purchase on your behalf.

Participants: 25–150 (private venue booking available for groups of 60 or more)

Time: 10:00–17:00 (9 hours)
